ah well can work around cat prob if can get readings fairly near

low idle CO - 5.79% above 0.50% is a fail

high idle CO - 3.04% above 0.30% is a fail
Lambda 0.92 not between 0.95 and 1.09 is fail
HC - 178ppm above 200ppm is fail

as you can see CO is way to high, Lambda only slightly out, HC are ok

any ideas of likely prob ?
