the 2wd cars had several gearbox variations so had the mounts for these

the 4wd cars had different mounts and so had the locating slots moved about a bit to compensate to be able to fit the 4wd boxes as well, so it's only if you are fitting the 4wd stuff to a 2wd car that you will have issues, the other way around is simple
