Hi all! Has anyone with a Mk2 Focus 1.8 tdci had the Red warning light come up on the dash, which also at the same time seems to reduce the revs to 3000 rpm... I don't know if this has anything to do with it, but thr car does seem to have a cold stsrting issue. I'm pretty sure this is the glow plugs... The car has only done 66000 miles which is hardly anything for a diesel, regulary serviced.... Unfortunately the light did go out whilst driving it to the garage and the car returned to full power, so i'm not sure what to do next. So if anyone can help i would be grateful... Cheers Chris!
