tbh every car has its good and bad points, buy with your eyes and ears, as above most cars share engines and yet they seem to vary in reliability. i sooner have a engine thats done a easy 150k than one thats had a hard life at 70k.

on a new car look our for the obvious and ofc DMF and turbo ect, as for diesel they maybe cheaper to run but there more to buy in the first place and more to repair so workout if you will ever see a return over petrol. just my 2p ofc
