I have a MK4 Astra GSi as my daily drive. Completely standard (197bhp) and I get 40-43mpg on a run back and forth to Wales, 35mpg back and forth to work.

It's more than enough fun as a daily drive.

As said though, the one on PH is not the more modern Z20LET as found in the mk4 turbo's like mine. £3500 should get you a real GSi younger than that one.
