I have a Focus MK2 2005 and having just realised the stereo doesnt play mp3 I am thinking of changing it. I have my eye on a JVC XR611 stereo which seems good for my skimpy budget but i am utterly clueless about adaptor requirements for the steering controls. The stereo says its steering control ready, does this mean i dont need an adaptor or that it can be operated via the steering wheel with a correct adaptor. If an adaptor is required does anyone know which one? As is probably obvious by now i am utterly clueless when it comes to electronics.
