Hey been trying this on a trackday against the E39 M5 V8 engine sleightly up on the OE 400 bhp , claimed about 450-460 and my old 2wd Sapp.approx 300-320 bhp had no trouble keeping up/catching him in ..... he did not know about a Sapp. Cos. as he came to me asking what car it was ... quite surpriced that a old taxi was all over him

No doubt that the weight did it ... but I was quite surpriced that how easy I took him.

Now I dont know Snetterton, corners, straits and so on but still I would say that a Sapp. with near 400 bhp would easy do the E39 ... the E39 just looked sooo heavy around tha track .. so my money is deff. on the sapp
