not sure how much power to be honest - its gonna be a budget zetec turbo
started out life as an 1800 16v XR2i - 105ps - its now 130 spec and runs 135lbs/ft torque and 126bhp - splan is to decomp plate it up, run standard ECU with piggyback ecu to save pullin out all the loom like we did on me mates excort, T3 with escort turbo manifold, restudded head, focus RS plugs, maybe 5th injector route depending on what the word ends up being towards injectors, etc etc - it will run approx 1 bar boost - apparently tony pastie used the decomp plate method and managed 1bar all day long no probs - then he sold it and the current owner is running 17psi and has been for a while.
If it all gets a bit risky, then aquamist to keep the charge temps and engine cool - me mate has it on his series 2 running 23 psi standard comp! it did 2 standard head gaskets, so in the end we stuck a felpro on it and its been fine for over a year as a daily drive - when we took the head off, the aquamist had kept everything clean and like brand new! its unbelieveable!
