i use a t04b super v trim ball bearing turbo on a 0.63 housing, spools around 3000rpm, up to a BAR and a half by 4000rpm, but it is a 450bhp+ turbo on a 2046cc 16v forged zetec engine.

a stage 3 t3 (very similar to a basic 4wd cosworth turbo bar the 360 bearing) should get you close to your target if not there with a 0.48 housing on it.
i ran 23psi through my old 1.8zvh and that was bloody fast, however a slightly bigger housing maybe a 0.55 should make it a little more efficient, but a little laggier, that was spooling by 2500rpm on the 0.48 housing i had.
