Hi guys iam new so thought would ask my 1st question. My mk1 focus needs the rear trailing arm bushes doing. The ones at front rear subfrmae, type with metal bar through and 2 bolts holding in place.I was goin to lower subframe down and buy the special tool for fitting them but its £120.

I have read about fitting poly ones instead which sound easier and much cheaper as place in usa do them for $23. Has anyone fitted these or best just stick to standard ones and buy the tool for fitting them.Thanks people.
