got a week or so to get this smashed so need to get on it!

1, engine mount? whats the common solution? im thinking get a mk3 cvh mount from a 2i or turbo and modify that to bolt up? is there any other way? anyone got one for sale?

2, alternator belt idler? am i right in thinking theres a part i can use from a mondeo? whats the normal thing people do?

3, gearbox/starter/sump. the starter wont bolt up to the original bc box as the blacktops normally run it on the back. besides getting a rear start ib5 box is there any easy fix? can i just hack the sump about?!
