As a general rule of the thumb in most scenarios the standard exhaust cam along with the modified, in your case BD14 inlet cam.

But standard cams are good for like 400HP, but as you have porting work it may be of benefit to you.

The exhaust housing you have won't help, it will gain you more power than a smaller one but the pay off for this will be lag.

Imo I should think your injectors are on there knees as well, I would have thought Bosch 403's for your spec or better still the Siemens 55LB, but then as I say thats just an opinion, it would be impossible to say for sure.
