For RWD i would have thought a standard sump would be fine or at least need little work to get it in place, the bottom of a blacktop is just steel and pickup pipe could be modified easily.
manifolds will need to be custom though.
my pretty average forged zetec aimed towards 400-450bhp has cost around 4.5k with pipework etc into a fiesta, rwd would be a little more.
cossie would be a chunk for engine itself, then few modified parts after that, i can't see there being much in it really, but depends on level of tune you aim for really though.
