Hello mate, disconnect the battery, unplug the ECU, then unscrew it from the airbox. This will keep it safe from damage. It is an absolute bastard to remove the airbox from the engine bay (and even more fun to get it in)

Took me and a mate about 15 mins of pulling, yanking and head scratching but keep persevering and it will come out!
