Default Pro alloy breather/mirror image

i have a pro alloy mirror image breather tank to fit to my sapphire, instructions are to install the two breather pipes 5/8 to just under inlet manifold to flame trap box and one to the breather out of the cam cover. The return is a bung below the turbo and finally a vent to atmosphere.

there are a few differences of opinion regarding the breather arrangement and wondered what the best installation process would be, without knowing why and where its best to breath from i ask the question here as to the options and reasons, something about the port blowing back up oil underneath the turbo connection but i just want to understand whats best and why, many thanks for your input and advice
