I reckon it would be tight, what's the width of the tyres? My 19s have a 235 width tyre, at ET 52 they just clear the arches with millimeters to spare with weight in the car. If you have the same width tyre, they'll sit another 17mm out, so I doubt arch rolling would be enough.

Best bet is to give them a go and see what happens.
