Sounds like if it's mfi set up possibly cold start, More than likely it's the plenum not being electromagnetically activated by the thermo time switch, I bet if you take the air filter off and get some one to crank it,push the plenum down just a tiny bit and it will fire right up, the start up cycle works to the water temp of the engine, if told by the ecu it will push the plenum down its self to allow more fuel/air, if this is not working then it's the coolest temp sender at fault or the thermo time switch. Failing them its the ecu, but this is rare to happen, I had this fault on my series 1 for years until I took a degree on mfi management, now I now how to fix all the issues, be careful though as if it only runs well when warm tis is because it on,y uses the ecu for cold start and full load enrichment,if the sensors are at fault then you have a good chance of it running lean at full throttle/max boost, good luck, in simple talk check thermo time switch/wiring, and coolest temp sender /wiring, will put money on it
