The CVH are "Cam Very Hungry" haha.

So that would explain the cam wear but as said provided you don't neglect oil changes you shoulden't really have a problem.

The usual problem is when the tiny oil hole gets clogged on them and blocks them You can try some "Wynns hydralic lifter lube" which may help you.
