funny you say that was it just the tappets that wore out quick with these cams ? , as mine is meant to be a few hundred miles old and sounds sh1te so was thinking of dropping some new lifters in with a OE cam
Usually the cams that wear out. It's poor oil circulation to the camshaft area. I gave up on upgraded cams in the end and just used to buy motor factor pattern jobs at 100 quid for the kit. Every 10k, pop the new one in. Was only a 30 minute job.
