As above the mrs fusion

The heated front screen doesn't work, the switch lights up checked both fuses and relay they are ok, there is power to the screen connectors on both sides of the screen and both earth connectors are connected but still not working????????

The screen has a small chip but doesn't look like it has broken any of the lines in the screen any ideas
