I had the same problem as you in regards to what road to take. Its simple..
GO EFI!!!!! It'll save you the hassle in the long run.
I thought the same thing.. 200bhp not too bothered about power but mate its an addiction you'll just want more power in the end.. Ontop of everything you'll want it to be reliable power and not breaking down having problems every other day. I'm not saying that MFI is unreliable if setup properly but its just one less thing to worry about.
Your shell looks clean make a list of all the parts that you've collected and work out what stuff you can get rid of and what stuff you need for to get you started going down the EFI route. Theres lots of possibilities so just think about what would be the best option for you.
Have a search for EFI conversions and have a look at the resto threads, everyone always ends up converting to EFI so just get reading, theres LOADS of detailed threads from members about their rs turbos and how they got to where they are!
