I have a Ford ka 13hp , year 2000. I have a noise caming out around the engine , it`s like a whisly , it begins in morning and after few mins it goes off 5 to 7 mins. I`ve sprayed lubricant oil around all pulley`s of the drive belt and it stops , but in the morning comes out again.
