Surprised you have used him for that long, sounds like shoddy workmanship and incompetence, anyone in there right mind's would have done the decent thing! For sure his only human but theres a mistake and theres that!

Tbh is a courtesy car not standard of most dealers? (I woulden't know as never used them) where as obviously a one man band sort of business you woulden't expect to provide such a service!
