New alternator needed for my 3 door cosworth. Just wondering if this one Mat found me on eBay is going to be good enough for my needs.

.......370537191644 item number for eBay. Will this come with a new regulator? Also do I need anything else while I'm on?.

If not, can anyone recommend me a decent one that isn't fortunes but is more than up to the job.
