Why are people so frightened of bus lanes?
Can someone explain this to me?
Being a Londoner it seems we have just as many bus lanes as actual lanes. But they do very helpfully come with great big blue signs saying when they are in operation.
But it seems either people are blind or don't know how to read them.
Perfect example is one not far from me on the A23, the sign says Mon - Fri 4-7pm. Ie that's when you cannot use the bus lane. But even outside this time no sod uses it.
So I happily drive past all the traffic of fools who are queuing up in traffic.
It worrys me that
I) People do not know the highway code or
II) do not pay attention to road signs.
