i dont need to post the photos, i just posted what happend and what a great service I had. The guy who made the error didnt argue with it so there IS no argument

I never disputed anybody cant make a mistake, all i'm disappointed with is he didnt hold his hand up straight away rather than me having to drive round with it till the consequenses of his error came to light. I'll say again i'm impressed he sorted it out the correct way in the end.
