Well when tightening up three bolts, if you thread one, snap another and trap a pipe between what youre tightening and the engine i'd say it was fairly hard to not know what you were doing unless you were retarded in some way

Also he apologised to me, which says it all really. He did the decent thing in sorting it out as I said.
