That's a bit shitty, I'd be putting in a complaint! Dig out you're insurance certificate and take it to the cop shop tomorrow (assuming u had badge number of the sergeant at least?) and demand you're car be released before you go to the PCC
Does anyone knowwhere i stand I renewed my insurance over the phone on the 13th so this information wasnt on the database so surely the insurance company are liable?????
