im after around 180 - 200 bhp nothing major as im hoping to use it alot and need reliablitiy with a bit of power.
if i got the efi gear off a fiesta rst should it work without much fiddling?? any other set ups work??

milesy23rst thanks for the list of mods would a double capasity do the same job as a front mount?? engine i have has been rebuilt so its very healty but as said standard.

thanks again for all the replys. wheel options, suspension?? its on lowering springs but it has to go. badboy bonnets your opinion guys??
