which diff pal, active or passive??? torque split is determined by the epicyclic basket and the amount of slip is determined by the diff pack...ramp rate is adjustable on an active car to allow you to map for the surface, the same is achieved by the ramp angles on the passive car.

An active car has no preload on the diff pack where as a passive car has some (we would be looking at approx 40nm) preload.
