I got the glass cut at a local glaziers,think i paid £12 or £15 for 4 pieces.I'll measure them so you get an idea of the size (might be worth fitting the clamps first then make a cardboard template).
I modifiy my 1/18th models myself,you can buy all the decals/wheels etc off Ebay.
