I wasnt trying to be an arse I was just trying to cover all bases because I up until December last year I worked for a Ford main dealer and they used all sorts of excuses to get away with things
No no not at all mate, I appreciate your input. Pointless me getting it into my head that I'm definately in for a refund only to find out that VW worm their way out of it! Will keep you posted what happens..
