How much would I expect to pay to replace a few oil seals and the input shaft bearing?

The gearbox is mint and drive as new with only 40,000 miles. It has a couple of slight weaps on the side casing and has a rattle when the clutch pedal is depressed.

The box is out of the car ready to go.....
