Ignore it matey they'll send you reminders but just ignore them and don't enter into any correspondance with them, it's not a PCN it's a parking invoice which you don't have to pay.

Have a look here at the generic letters they send out to try and scare people into paying, and tick off the ones you get from NCP.

Only the council can issue PCN's not private companies, plus they have never taken anyone to court and won because law says they are not enforceable.
