isn t a fiesta cable clutch??? my mark 3 was cable so i guess a mark4 is is cable too since they use same gearbox and if i m right and it s cable, the rachet on the pedal which is the self adjust is nearing the limit which in turn means clutch is worn the noise is the bearing and if the pedal feels sticky and spongy get yourself a new cable too as the cable is sealed and cannot be oiled for the clutch i think you d better buy a kit (clutch pressure plate and bearing)
