Hi guys,

Im having this problem in the wifes 1,4 tdci. I need a bit of help as I can see me trying this and hearing the whole gearbox hitting the bottom of the housing when I remove sometime

I take it from thepicture below I remove the link cables from the bronze arm. Then remove the circlip from the bottom of the bronze arm which will allow this to be removed?

Is it the bush on the removed bronze arm that needs to be greased or is it something further into the box?
