I did push it in and out a few times, hoping it would sort itself out but it didnt, i just ' assumed ' it was because they were new, they are gas items, not oil, monroe i think they are (brand) i thought when they were fitted they would free themselves up under the weight of the car.

I fitted the new wishbone today and as of yet, ive had no nasty clunking through the steering wheel, really, really hoping this is the end of it, ive still got a creaking/knocking noise from somewhere, but the steering was the main issue to address here.
