Sorry to hear you've been stung mate but like someone has allready said u need to no wot your looking at. It may have 12 months mot but that means diddly squatt if the tester is abit dodgy or couldn't be arsed. Personally I don't think uve got any chance at getting your money back unless it was from a dealer. Just my input though bud
