Ok guys I just wanted to know what fuel reg I should get, the one I've got at the moment is a standerd one. Don't know what bar I should be running either, I've got 83lbs Siemens injectors so need a good reg to suit.
Tell me if I need a 3 bar 3.5 bar or 4 bar????

It's easy. If you want to run 3 bar, buy a 3 bar. If you want to run 3.5 bar, buy a 3.5 bar....I hope you see a pattern emerging.
Or seeing as you are spending money and they are all adjustable anyway. You can just adjust it to whatever fuel pressure you want !
Although isnt the OEM one adjustable anyway ? The old 2wd certainly was.
