spoke before about K3/6 Friends car all ready now for new season Tarmac, The k6 was fairly easy to fit as i read up on the installation very thoroughly, The car came with several base maps, and we used the one nearest to our speck engine except different cam's, the car ran on 1st attempt trimmed the fuelling as it warmed up to a very stable idle of approx 1150 rpm, the engine is a mi16, on throttle bodies, 6,speed box uprated drive shaft's The car is a pug 106 with a lot of works parts carbon fibre x pack type body kit,
We will be resetting the throttle pot and taking the car out a week Sunday,
There is a flat spot where the torque comes in approx 3500 rpm, The lambda kit we fitted works a treat and a must for mapping, on the road i think it will be difficult to hold any load points ,, so will block the map in the area where the flat spot is and adjust and see, we have 3,maps saved, and will also try the adaptive mapping,
