but we both agree jenspeed were there first in using bar and plate coolers that wernt " fed " air in the commom 500 style cooler application ??

You said they were made the same which is clearly wrong, Now you are saying they have the same cores make up your mind, They are not copied and look at the pro alloy/pace/fordge all run the same type core so have they copied each other,
The Jenspeed on runs a sim size core than a 500 the spec r one is smaller and is feed completly diff than any of the others,
The only way you could same they are the same is they all cool air
