You yes you will need spring compressors to get the standard springs off the standard front struts and you will need to compress the rear springs to get them out and compress the new ones to get them in because i garentee you wont be able to undo the lower control arm bolts. You will need a pry bar to pull the lower arms down as far as you can to create enough space to pull the old rear springs out and new ones in.
