Been looking around for a good induction kit/cold air filter, whatever their called. (not the best around engines).

Can anyone tell me a good one for focus 1.8l mk 2.5. also will this provide a better noise than the standard engine at the mo?

Any other bit and bobs i can get that might improve performance on a budget?

On a side note i noticed my MPG are really low, 24mpg or summit last time i checked, i hardly ever rev past 3000 and hardly ever drive fast, Any ideas?
