I checked the timing belt today, it doesn't rub anything and I tried to stretch it with finger to see the tightness, and it seemed to be quite tight. Im no expert I don't know how tight it should be though, I should prolly post new vid or let mechanics to check the tightness. Also timing marks were OK when I last time checked them. I also double checked the source of the noise and it seems to be coming from the head, near camgear.
