It was a brand new shell when converted, kev, and it used all the bits off a mk1 mexico that had been crashed or rotted away, i can't remember which.
Basically, the original owner rallied a mk1 mex, it was fooked, wanted to reshell it, and decided a brand new shell from ford was the best option, because all the bits off the mex went onto this, it got the mex ID too.
Thats as far as i understand it anyway, sure Lee will clear it up if i just made all that up.
