right guys sorry i haven't been on in a while but i still have been paying my membership even though i dont come online as much now so just to update on my last comment, obviously i had the head done last time we spoke, but unfortunately me being me decided i would take a supra to school on the motorway and topping out and ruining the whole lump

then obviously had to source a whole new engine, i managed to strike a deal with a well known respected ford cosworth engine builder dave pritchard, (nice guy), and aquired a whole new rebuilt lump with 1500 miles on it, the engine was ripped out of a escort cosworth running 500BHP specs are as follows.

standard bore 200 block, 7.5.1 low comp pistons, with valve cut-outs, fully ported gas flowed head 26mm inlet ports 25mm exhaust ports, isky valve springs, new guides outs, 6 long studs, copper ringed head gasket, inlet manifold trumpet part as its been ported to the head, 83lbs Siemens Injectors.

and colins lightened flywheel freshly skimmed.

also struck a deal on some 83lbs siemens injector and the live map ECU chip for the engine, by no other than motorsport developments (Blackpool).

also did some more mods on the care as there would be an increase in BHP so off came the standard intercooler and replaced with an Airtec 70mm full intercooler ( bigger than the rs500)

also went hydrolic clutch conversion as i was sick of snapping clutch cables, so far so good

starter motor also got replaced as it failed on me, motorfactors got the wrong one 3 times so had to recon my old unit,

well lets put a line under this one as i have more to tell lol hope you enjoy reading this.
