the dash is in 3 peices and i can change one in half an hour!! but i have done it a few times, the heater controls are the same and its is a case of straight swap the difference is the pillar trins you need the ones from the new car as the old ones will leave a gap

you start by removing the lower dash,glovebox side first, may need to remove the centre console to get to the bottom 2 screws then drivers side
