Yes and I want to add I did measurements 2 times so accuracy is guaranteed. I also decided, as I wrote, to test the whole inlet+throttle body and not just the inlet, so the perturbation created by the throttle body fully open is taken in consideration. I was surprised to see a difference of 22% between the number 2 and 4 cylinders !

For such an engine I think it is quite a poor designed inlet manifold ! We are talking about Cosworth here, not the average citroen !

And just to give another number, air speed at the exit of the inlet cylinders holes was in the region of 80 [meters/s] for the best one, so that flow bench is not a pussy machine ! Here it is :



Holes are open there, but 3 are closed when measuring each cylinder.
