Right i will just drop the lot out.So it doesnt take long to drop the axle then.Ive got a electric impact gun so that will help me for time.The only time i have to do my car is on a weekend cause i need it for work.
Normaly this time of year i borrow my mam n dads car and put mine in there garage but my mam isnt very well and they need the car just incase anything happens to my mam.
Id give yourself plenty of time, not just to get the beam out, but for doing the actual repair. Have you had the underside restored yet?? Is it not worth giving yourself a 1 week window and do the lot all at once.
Strip the beam, and paint it, bushes?? paint the floor, tank, hubs etc. All this sort of stuff can be done when the beams out.
Unless your 100% sure the welding isnt that bad, I would be giving myself more than a weekend just in case. But then im a bit of a slow coach
