Sorry to drag this up from
the dead but I've got exact same problem as first stated on cylinders 1 and 2 but when I pull the leads off 1 and 2 and just have the lead really close the plugs will fire again, the plugs and leads are brand new, I've swaped them around and no diffrence, I've since stripped the head off last night and I'm going to do a full head rebuild and fit a payne head gasket and stretch bolts, is there anything like a paste you can use on the gasket to help it seal better??
